Job Description Inside Sales Representative

Park Plus is the leading provider of valet operated, semi and fully automated parking lift systems in the US. Our systems ultimately compress parking footprints whether stand alone, under structure, or subterranean. We design, engineer, manufacture, & install parking lift solutions that take conventional parking methods and replace with one of our space saving solutions. We leverage our existing customer base to maintain relationships while also expanding our reach in both new and existing markets. Expansion of our sales team is necessitated to take advantage of growth and growing acceptance of technology in our industry. We are hiring a tech savvy Inside Sales Support Executive for our New Jersey office to grow our volume of business, increase revenue and build our brand. Successful candidates will be a driving force ensuring Park Plus continues to be leader and pioneer the parking industry.

Typical sales cycle can be 6 to 36 months. We prefer to get engaged early in the design phase with Architects, Developers, and Engineering Firms to propose the most optimal cost effective design solution alternatives.

This position will be positioned in our Fairview, NJ office.

Duties

  • Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers, projects, sales team, and existing senior level.
  • Direct Support to ongoing business development as well as existing contracted work.
  • Support services to grow our core market along with projected revenue.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms: Data input, managing projects, contacting sales opportunities.
  • Assisting with proposal submittals and procuring new work within our CRM.
  • Follow up with our sales team to ensure CRM pipeline is up to date.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Perform online and or in person demos to prospects
  • Identify key accounts and contacts in our core markets and expand our existing client data base
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close projects.
  • Vet and route qualified opportunities to senior sales team
  • Assist with and also perform appointments in our core markets.
  • Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
  • Present designs, proposals, and solutions to clients while also educating the marketplace on Park Plus product lines
  • Create and implement strategic sales campaigns that successfully achieve business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Tech savvy and experience working with a CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Marketing and digital development a plus
  • Strong phone presence and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Power Point, Word, Excel.
  • AutoCAD is a bonus but not required.
  • Integrity, honesty, confidence, strong work ethic with a “Can Do” attitude.
